Committees
The Community Advisory Council has divided into six sub-committees, each of which serves a different purpose.
- Policy - Determine if new policy is needed or if old policy should be rescinded or refined
- Best Practices – Assess current practices, research proven best practices, and recommend the implementation of best practices
- Data – Supply academic, social, emotional, civic performance and post-secondary readiness data
- Logic Model – Develop a model that identifies and defines the project, goals, outcomes, and what will be done
- Performance Management – Create systems that manage the impact of educators, finances, changes in personnel and leadership, and resources
- Communications – Educate and inform the community of the redesign process
