A wooden, handcrafted Victorian Doll House is being raffled off at the Clothes Closet. This project was started by a craftsperson and donated to the Clothes Closet – please stop in and purchase some tickets.
The Parks and Recreation Commission will meet on Monday, April 14 at 6:15 p.m. at the Town Hall.
The Pittsfield Youth Workshop Board of  Directors will meet on Wed, April 16 at 6:15 p.m. at PYW, 5 Park Street.
The Josiah Carpenter Library Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, April 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the library. The meetings are open to the public.
The Infant Toddler Diaper Pantry will be open Tuesday, April 15 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, 24 Main Street. Young families are given supplemental diapers and wipes. Everyone is welcome. Please use the Chestnut Street entrance.
The PMHS Athletic Department will be holding a Drake Athletic Field Committee Meeting at Pittsfield High School on Tuesday, April 15, at 6:00 PM. If you have any questions or would like to join, please contact the Director of Athletics Jay Darrah at 435-6701 x-1119.
The Pittsfield Food Pantry will again participate in the annual Feinstein Foundation One Million Dollar Give Away to food pantries across the nation. The appeal is from March 1 through April 30 and is for both monetary and food donations. Each item that comes into the pantry is counted and the grant amount is based on the number of items collected. Please donate!
Spring Fling Dance and Karaoke Fundraiser on Sat. April 19 from 7:00-11:00 p.m. at the Concord-Epsom Elks Lodge, 24 Old Mill Rd, Epsom. Tickets will be on sale soon – $15 each or 2 for $25.00 (Must be 21 years or older to attend). All proceeds benefit Pittsfield Youth Workshop. Foss Family Scholorship applications are available. All PMHS graduates extending their education beyond high school may apply for a scholarship to pursue a two-year or four-year degree or technical/trade school educa-tion. Please visit the town website at www.pittsfield-nh.com to download an application and view the requirements. Deadline: May 1, 2014
Pittsfield Youth Baseball/Softball is raffling four (4) front-row seats to a Red Sox vs.Yankees game. Tickets are available at Bell Brothers (1 Depot St., Pittsfield) and are $5 each or five (5) for $20. All proceeds support quality baseball and softball experiences for the boys and girls of Pittsfield. The game is Saturday, August 2nd at 4:05. The Drawing is June 26th.

NH Connections is a project funded by the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education to provide support to educators, parents, and service providers.

The mission of NH Connections is to strengthen and expand family-school-community partnerships to improve educational outcomes for all children while meeting the unique needs of children and youth with disabilities and to facilitate access to supports and services statewide.
