NH Connections is a project funded by the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education to provide support to educators, parents, and service providers.
The mission of NH Connections is to strengthen and expand family-school-community partnerships to improve educational outcomes for all children while meeting the unique needs of children and youth with disabilities and to facilitate access to supports and services statewide.
NH Connections offers facilitation assistance, technical assistance, and professional development to establish and sustain partnerships in school districts and local school communities.
